“Big Proportions and a Bit of Pizazz”

Like its predecessor, the Synthesis 2 design is a large open plan home, but with a little bit more street pizazz for the those who like their home to stand out. The design features a prominent front entry beneath floating roof planes, and the same stunning double height living room and open staircase as per the original. In this iteration we have dispensed with the home theatre and rearranged the kitchen and dining area so that if you are more a chef than a movie watcher, there is a bit more space for you to cook up a storm. Like the original, as you enter the home you know that a special experience awaits with a large staircase flanking feature wall and the double height space, an open walkway crossing subtly above and a glimpse of the double height living areas beyond. The separate study is perfectly positioned for the home business, while a bit further down the hall past the internal entry into the oversized double garage, the guests' powder room and a convenient linen storage cupboard, the journey opens out into the feature lounge space - the heart of the home. The lounge features a double height ceiling, flanked by an upstairs walkway to one of the bedrooms, the feature cozy open fireplace is clad with feature stone and surrounded on both sides by mullion-free  windows that extend to the ceiling. The kitchen and dining areas are substantial and look out to the rear yard and the alfresco living area. The home design features four double bedrooms each with ample built-in cupboard space. On the ground floor, the master bedroom zone is wrapped around a private Japanese zen-inspired atrium, with the fully glazed windows blurring the line between inside and outside. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs - cross the aerobridge to bedroom three and its upstairs balcony, while bedroom four has a self-contained ensuite. The upstairs living area provides the upper floor bedrooms with an open communal space. There is a general bathroom and separate toilet for the upstairs occupants.
